FarPointe's TecnoWool Cruiser™ is the next evolution of ultralight fleece, blending the natural performance of wool with the versatility of modern technical fabrics. 

Compared to fully synthetic fleece, TecnoWool stands out for its comfort and adaptability. Built with a ~40% wool blend, it delivers exceptional breathability, moisture management, and temperature regulation. Wool naturally moves moisture vapor away from the body while maintaining insulation as conditions shift. It insulates efficiently, regulates body temperature, and resists odor over extended wear, making it ideal for multi-day use. While it’s not as hydrophobic as Alpha Direct™ fleece, it excels in dry to moderate conditions where breathability and comfort matter most. Performing just as well on high-output climbs as it does around camp. 

Available in three weights: 60gsm, 90gsm, and 120gsm, TecnoWool delivers the same versatility as our Alpha Cruiser™, while offering a softer, more refined feel. A subtle 4-way stretch provides an easy, natural fit that moves with you.fe
